Systems Engineer, Card Kingdom & Mox Boarding House | May 2021 – Present

Managing network of 5 sites and 350+ users. Planned, built, and deployed HR information system in SharePoint Online and PowerApps allowing for automated new hire account creation, account changes, and account termination to accommodate substantial workforce increase. Consolidated user logins and increased security by evangelizing single sign on technologies. Collaborated with project team to plan and deploy document management system. Migrated firewall from Sophos SG to Meraki in a 24x7 environment with minimal downtime. Systems Engineer, Triton Technical | February 2019 – May 2021

Planned, built, and deployed IT systems for internal use and customers. Worked within the confines of IT/AV systems on a ship - little to no cloud services, high latency with remote support, customers in multiple time zones, etc. Created internal initiative to automate processes using Jenkins, Ansible, and Gitea. Led internal initiatives to replace aging infrastructure and upgrade Windows Server environment from 2003 to 2019. Deployed and serviced networks of 50+ high port density network switches.
